I am wondering what did you mean by saying that "the Sciences Po Lille did not live up to IUB standards with regard to resources"? Internet access/wireless or something different? I would have a few things to say about Oxford vs IUB provision of facilities but maybe will try to put it in a nice big article... watch this space :p
