Well actually I received this certificate just a few days after I wrote the article and it is now in Ulrike's hands. And yes we had to write one exams and two essays.

Hey Katsia :). Yeah Internet access was one big thing, but I also referred to the library of the institute. Looking forward to your article about Oxford. Steffen is going to write his report from the Sciences Po Bordeaux soon.
